	Accommodation Description
Description :	This rustic cottage is situated in the popular holiday resort in Dwarsweg Strand Oord. Milkwood Sea Cottage has been a family holiday home at the small seaside resort of Dwarsweg for the past 50 years. Although situated in the second row from the beach, you only need to walk 80 meters to have your feet on the sand. In front of you will be a clean white beach with views as far as Mossel Bay to the west and Glentana to the east, and you will be able to walk on the beach both ways as far as you can or have a dip in the ocean. Dwarsweg is small and peaceful, with paved streets with speed bumps, so cars drive super slow; where kids can ride their bikes and rollerblades, and everybody walks around the block after dinner at night. A promenade stretches the whole of the beachfront for more leisurely walking. And all is safe, for there, is a boom with 24-hour security at the entrance of Dwarsweg. There are no shops in Dwarsweg itself to disturb the peace. The convenient little kiosk at the entrance sells bread and milk, sweets and ice cream for the kids, and newspapers for the grown-ups. The town of Great Brak River is close by, a ten-minute drive at most, with a SPAR and Pick ‘n Pay and a few good restaurants and coffee shops. For more extensive shopping sprees there are two Malls within a 30 km radius, at George and Mossel Bay. The house is well equipped, offering everything you may need. Living and Dining area, dining table seats 8. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a gas stove with an electric oven, a small washing machine, and a dishwasher. The built braai is at the back of the house exiting from the kitchen. A Weber braai is also available. A flat-screen TV with the complete DSTV package is available at an extra charge or bring your own decoder, smartcard, and remote. Wi-Fi facilities will be added shortly. There are four bedrooms, two with double beds, one with a three-quarter bed, and one room with a bunk bed, perfect for children. The full bathroom has a bath, basin, and toilet and a shower has been added to the bathroom. There is also a guest toilet. A large shower outside, with hot water, served the family well over the past 50 years, You will find a peaceful community here, with many permanent residents, where people know each other and greet you in the street. You will see people walking down to the beach in their costumes, towels over their shoulders, for a quick swim before breakfast. You will not regret getting to know this gem of a place. All linen supplied. Please bring your own beach and bath towels No Pets allowed. Off-the-street parking is available next to the house or in front. There is an R750 Cleaning fee deducted from the key deposit.
