On the stoep, there is a table and chairs to enjoy the cool breeze from the ocean. Equipped kitchen 1 Gas bottle with a cooking plate. The open-plan Family room with comfortable seating and a flat-screen tv with a Premium package (DSTV). 10 seater dining table. Inverter that is there to assist with the television during load-shedding. All rooms are equipped with load-shedding light bulbs Fans for all rooms. All linen supplied Please bring your own bath and beach towels. The outside braai is situated at the back of the yard. Weber available. Lots of free fire wood. There is ample garden furnisher and tables. Enough play area for children that is safe and secure behind gates. A single garage for secure parking. The washing machine, chest freezer, and the second fridge/freezer are also in the garage downstairs. Beach umbrellas and beach chairs are available to tenants. All water and electricity are included in the rental price. This is a smoke-free facility, should you smoke please do so outdoors and discard of the cigarette buds in the dustbin. Strictly no pets allowed.
