Description : | This lovely family home is situated in the Central Close of George. The house is situated in the Blue Mountain Estate Village with a 24 hour security patrol. Victoria bay is your nearest beach - 6.9km drive. Garden Route & Meander Mall 500m from the Estate. The house has the following to offer: Tiled and laminated flooring throughout the house. Open plan lounge , dining, braai and kitchen area. The kitchen & scullery is equipped with all the essentials to enjoy your holiday. Double door fridge, gas & electrical stove, gas geyser for the sink. Microwave Crockery & Cutlery The scullery houses the sink and the washing machine and the dishwasher and drier. Entrance to the double garage through the scullery. The prepaid system is situated in the garage and 15 units per day will be loaded onto the meter before arrival. Example 15 x 14 days = 210 units, there after prepaid units can be purchased online or at Pic-n-Pay, Spar or any petrol station, 50 extra will be loaded on the system and that must remain on the meter to keep all appliances running on exit day. The lounge offers comfortable seating, Smart Tv WIFI The dining area has a table that can seat 8 people. The braai area has a built in braai that is enclosed with stack doors for those days that its windy. Walking out of the braai area is an enclosed courtyard with a splash pool. The main bedroom is on the 1st floor with an en-suite full bathroom - Gas Geyser Sliding doors that walks out onto a small patio that looks out over the mountains. The second and third bedroom is situated on the entrance level. The 2nd bathroom is a shared bathroom for room 2 & 3. With an electric geyser This is a smoke free dwelling No Smoking allowed in or on the premises.
