Description :	The modern duet-style wood house is available for rent for holidays or semi-long-term, with a 10-month contract only. This is a Smoke-free dwelling - No smoking allowed on the premises. The house offers the following: Beautiful sea view. The deck has deck furniture and a portable braai. An open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area The lounge area with stacked doors has comfortable seating and a television. Please bring your decoder/laptop cables and dongles. The television is a smart tv. The dining area has a table that seats 8, the area opens up with stacked doors walking out onto the deck. The kitchen is equipped with the following; Double-door Fridge Freezer Gas hob but no oven Microwave Kettle Toaster Crockery, cutlery, and utensils. The washing machine and the drier are housed in the single garage, the garage door is remotely operated. The Braai area is situated in the courtyard in front of the house on the lower level. The braai is a portable braai. The 4 Bedrooms are situated on the lower level with access to the courtyard and the braai. 2 Bedroom has en-suite bathroom 2 Bedrooms share a bathroom 1 Set of linen supplied for each bed. No Towels will be supplied please bring your own. An alarm system that operates with a remote. Clearview burglar bars on all opening windows. Prepaid meter - Holiday tenants will be supplied with 15 units free per day that will be loaded on arrival. This house is not suitable for pets.
