The house has the following to offer: Entrance hall with stairs up to the 1st floor with a view from the lounge and braai area. This level houses the kitchen, with a breakfast counter that seats 4, Electric stove and under-counter oven, Fridge Freezer, Snappy chef plate The scullery, (Washing machine, drier and a dishwasher with double sinks). A second Fridge/Freezer next to the built-in fireplace. Lounge with comfortable seating Dining room, and the in-door braai area with seating. Guest toilet, Main bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a Tv. 2nd Floor has the following to offer TV room with a flat-screen TV. (Smart TV - Showmax, Netflix, WIFI Wine Fridge Built-in braai and a beautiful view of the ocean 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms From the Kitchenette walking out onto a wood deck with tables and chairs and lawn and an outdoor braai area Parking inside the premises via a remote gate. All Linen supplied Prepaid electrical meter. 15 units free per day will be loaded on the day of arrival there after guests must buy electrical units at PicnPay, Spar, or online. 50 electrical units must be left on the meter on the day of departure.
