The owners want to attract clients of discernment who will appreciate all that the villa offers. This beautiful area boasts interesting towns and villages with plenty of restaurants to suit all tastes. There are ideal beaches for snorkelling, windsurfing and scuba diving at El Portet, Moraira with its 600-birth marina or Javea with its port and historic features. Nearby golf courses range from standard to deluxe, the closest being just a 10 minute drive. Local towns Moraira, Benissa, Teulada and Javea feature regular weekly street markets. It is an ideal retreat from the hustle & bustle yet only 40 minutes drive from lively Benidorm. Alicante and Valencia airports are both within an hours drive.
