Description :	Spending your holiday on a traditional terraced olive plantation in a typical Spanish cottage (casita) will make your holiday very special! Rent this Spanish cottage and get a taste of this beautiful and, to this day, fairly unknown part of Spain. Relax under the olive trees; in the evening a beautiful sunset with a view of the olive garden with the mountains beyond. Be mesmerized by the beautiful surroundings whether you like the beach, gorgeous bays, or impressive mountains. Perhaps you’d prefer a nice walk or a bike ride, take in some culture; everything is nearby and there’s no mass tourism. Finca Vall den Rubi (Rubi valley) is part of the area Baix Ebre just south in Catalonia, Spain. (2 hours from Barcelona and Valencia) The olive garden with approximately 700 beautiful and ancient olive trees is growing on original terraces. We were so impressed by the radiance and characteristic shapes of these trees. We’re really happy about the fact that anybody is able to be a part of the plantation by a stay in our Spanish cottage and/or adopting a tree.
