	Accommodation Description
Description :	This charming and beautifully restored apartment is located in the very heart of Barceloneta, overlooking a peaceful pedestrian street. It has two separate bedrooms - each with its own balcony and beautifully furnished. The flat has been thoughtfully renovated to an original and unique style, showing the original wooden ceiling beams, wooden shutters and doors throughout the flat. Only five minutes walk to the beach and surrounded by restaurants, bars and shopping with the main market on your doorstep, where you find all fresh food products. This area is full of character and gives the feeling of being in a small village in the heart of Barcelona. Only 15 minutes walk from La Rambla or 10 minutes walk from the old town or Barri Gotic. The nearest metro station is only two minutes away and the local bus service even closer for those of you who prefer not to walk. NOTE: Bills are not included in the rent. At the end of the contract, the tenant is obliged to leave the apartment in the exact same order as the apartment was found. All used sheets and towels should be washed by the tenant. In case this is not the fact when leaving the apartment, an additional cost 20 EUR per bed set and 10 EUR per towel set will be charged. Furthermore there is a mandatory cleaning procedure related to long term rentals, which is not included in the rent and will have cost of 15 EUR an hour. Apartments of 35m2 to 50 m2 are expected to have a minimum cleaning of 4 hours and apartments of 50m2 to 80m2 of 5 hours. Therefore the minimum cost for final cleaning will be respectively 60 EUR and 75 EUR.
