Description :	IDEALLY SITUATED FOR PARAGLIDING, WALKING, BIKING, SIGHTSEEING, RIDING HOLIDAYS RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF A TYPICAL ANDALUCIAN WHITE VILLAGE CLOSE TO SHOPS, RESTAURANTS AND BARS WITH A BIG ROOF TERRACE WITH THE MOST BEAUTIFUL MOUNTAIN VIEWS!!!! Description of the House: -The House has a total living space of 155m2 - The living area consist of two levels, the first level has two double bedroom and one single bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a bath and one with a shower), a fitted kitchen and a big open space living and dining room The second level is a big living room and a huge roof terrace plus another balcony on the other side of the living room, there is a woodburner in the upstairs living room and all rooms have got Air Conditioning and Heating. The house is fitted with a dishwasher and a washing machine. The house is a townhouse situated in the white village of Algodonales surrounded by Spanish neighbours who are all very nice and helpful. There is a cornershop opposite with all the food and drinks you could want and there is a Dia Supermarket in walking distance in the town. Big supermarkets like Mercadona are in the surrounding villages of Olvera, Villamartin or in Ronda (30 mins away by car). We have lived in the house full time and our daughter went to Kindergarden and to school in the town and we can only recommend Algodonales and its facilities. Not only the house but Algodonales itself has got a lot to offer and is a base for the Paragliders as it has the ideal surroundings for this and other sporting activities. The town has a Plaza and a big church in the centre (5 mins walking distance from the house) with lots of Bars and Restaurants surrounding the Plaza. The accommodation is ideally situated for Paragliding and other Sporting Holidays like Walking, Cycling, Mountainbiking as well as Sightseeing or Horseriding. We do have very good connections with all the local providers and can help you make this the dream holiday / stay that you are after! For Sightseeing we would especially recommend Ronda and Sevilla as they are just the most beautiful places. And for the immediate area we would also advise you to go to Zahara de la Sierra and the gorgeous Zahara lake (just 5 mins from Algodonales by car) and do the "Via Verde" which runs from Puerto Serrano to Olvera and was supposed to be a train line and now is a nice walk/ride with lots of nature to see on the way. Of course not to forget the breathtaking Sierra de Grazalema which has its starting point in Algodonales and its beautiful walks and rides for all fitness levels.
