Due to our departure for our own hollidays, we offer our fully equipped flat for 5 people: 170 m2 with minimal style decoration that respects the original look and feel of the place, with its high ceilings and cut glass windows. The flat consists of two bedrooms: One main with double bed, another one equipped with bunk bed. A third bed is available in a third room or Studio. Two (2) bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. A very bright dining room, a 25 sq. meter living room and a fully equipped kitchen, The flat has 5 windows and three balconies to both streets of the corner. Acomodation includes TV, music equipment, WIFI, central heating, air conditioning, coffeepot, hair dryer, etc. The apartment is ideal for families or friends. You can also have access to our film Collection -400 dvd Films-, a great relief after a day of Beach, walking or shopping.
Amenities :	The flat is located just over the CUATRE GATS restaurante, probably the most famous and traditional restaurant in Barcelona.
