It stands in its own 10 acre pasture field leading down to the Garron Brook with 2 miles of private brown trout fishing near the village of Llangarron just 5 miles from Ross on Wye. The accommodation has exposed oak beams and provides a large galleried entrance hall with full size table tennis, sitting room with wood burning stove and TV/DVD/vidoe. 25 foot long kitchen with 2 sofas, Rangemaster double electric cooker and gas hob, mictowave and dishwasher, utility room with washing machine, tumbe drer and fridge/freezer. Additional downstairs cloakroom. Upstairs there are 4 double bedrooms, 1 x double with archway to en suite bathroom, 1 x double and 1 x twin both with shared access to bathroom and 1 x twin with archway to en suite shower room. The barn is heated by oil fired central heating. Outside there is parking for 6 cars in the secure courtyard, garden furniture on the sunny patio and BBQ The rental cost is inclusive of all linen, heating charges and wood for the wood burner.
