Absolutely no pets are permitted in properties not specifically designated for such purposes. There is a limit of 2 domestic pets per designated pet friendly property. 	Accommodation Description
Description :	This 3-story, 2+ bedroom, English Tudor style home is very tastefully decorated. The exterior includes a large 2-tier deck with an outdoor gas grill and a private hot tub. The 1st floor lower area bedroom/game room has a queen bed along with a ping pong table. The main floor interior floor plan includes a combination laundry room and 3/4-bath, a cozy living room with a freestanding gas fireplace, a fully equipped open kitchen/dining area, one bedroom with 1-queen bed and a gas built-in fireplace, and one full bath. The 2nd floor loft/living area includes a queen futon, a DVD-VCR/monitor and a walk-out balcony, one bedroom with 1-queen size bed, and a 3/4-bath en suite. This vacation property will sleep 6 to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). Snowline is a family focused community with plenty of recreational activities. Amenities include a seasonal outdoor heated pool, fishing pond for kids 12 and under, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, children’s playground, and a large playing field. There are plenty of trails throughout the community along with access to the Nooksack River. Snowline is located at the edge of the Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities. HOT TUB/ NO PETS/ NON SMOKING/

Baker Highway, in the town of Maple Falls, 0.5 miles east of mile marker 25. We are on the right side of the road, in a gray/green building, right next to Mountain Man Coffee. IF YOU ARE COMING FROM SEATTLE, WA: Proceed north on Interstate 5 to exit 255 (Sunset Drive - Mt. Baker Highway) in Bellingham, WA. (approximately 80 miles north of Seattle). At the end of the off ramp, turn right, heading east on Mt Baker Hwy 542 to our office in Maple Falls. Driving time: approximately 2 hours. IF YOU ARE COMING FROM VANCOUVER, BC: Proceed south on Highway 99 to the Canada/USA border. Then take Interstate 5 south to exit 255. (at Bellingham, approx. 20 miles) Turn left at the end of the off ramp and proceed east on Sunset Drive/Mt. Baker Highway, direct to our office. Driving time: approximately 1 1/2 hours.
