Description :	This lovely 2 bedroom cottage has everything you require to ensure you enjoy your holiday, although there are many eating houses within 10 minutes drive should you not wish to cook. The cottage has a modern kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge and seperate freezer. The lounge/diner has a 28" TV, DVD player, video and radio should you just wish to read and generally relax. From the lounge there is a patio door leading to the courtyard, with seating and a BBQ, which is a great sun trap. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms; the master bedroom with TV, which has a double bed and a single bed (an additional single bed can be erected at a push), and a small double bedroom next door. There is also a good size bathroom with bath and shower, WC and hand basin. This is a good walking area, with fishing facilities within walking distance. There is a Public House just 2 minutes walk away and a children's play area 3 minutes walk away. Just 5 minutes drive you will find a golf course, and also our nearest shop at Honeybourne. There is a good railway station there too, allowing you easy access to London, Hereford, Malvern and Worcester just to name a few. Locally you will find Stratford upon Avon with the Shakesperian propeties and the theatre, Warwick and Kenilworth Castles, Chipping Campden, Broadway, and other Cotswold villages; all easy to get to. Stratford, Warwick, Cheltenham and Worcester Racecourse are also easily accessible. Hidcote/Kiftsgate Gardens is less than a 7 minute drive with stunning views on a nice day. There is also boating, horse riding, gliding and many golf courses nearby.
