Description :	The Trebatha a spacious self contained ground floor apartment built into a slight hill giving Ground floor entrance and rear rooms with elevated views. No stairs or steps once in the apartment. it can be enjoyed by everyone. The apartment has its own private entrance accessed by a slope and 3 steps and free parking available 2 cars on site. Larege garden and meadow to the rear of the property and small garden to the front 4 Star Silver Green Touriam Award Sleeping 4-5 people there is a master bedroom with comfortable double bed and en-suite shower room plus a twin room with large walk in shower . The twin room has enough space for a travel cot for a young child a high chair can be requested. All bed linen and towels are provided. From the twin bedroom and lounge you can enjoy the picturesque views out over the countryside and all the rooms are bright and airy with natural light. Relax in the comfort of the open plan living area 2 double leather sofas and arm chair with entertainment from the television, radio/CD and DVD player provided. The open plan kitchen is large with dining area and fully equipped with everything you should need to make the most of your self catering holiday. There's an electric cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washer dryer. Stepping outside you can make the most of the weather out on the patio with a barbeque and the private meadow provides a great area for children to play. We have a range of basic games available on request including a croquet kit. You may even be lucky enough to see some of the local wildlife seen such as kestrels, badgers, foxes, deer and wild birds. If you have children and you'd like to go out, an experienced babysitter can be arranged. DC
