Description :	KULEANA RESORT WEST MAUI 1 BR/slps 4 OCEANFRONT-Feb. & Mar 2010 multiple weeks available $700/wk The Condo is our time share we own multiple weeks. We love the time shares as it is very laid back, right on Ocean, 2 story buildings, parking right in front of your door. The condo is about 25-35 yards from the Ocean (garden and Ocean view). Jan.--Feb.Mar. are high season weeks. Usual temp 70-80 degrees, with island breeze. The great room includes, full set up Kitchen, and living room area with fold down Murphy bed, full size bathroom and bedroom. Large Pool close to room, BQ on the ocean, tennis courts, lots of green grass tropical garden, 2 beaches, for snorkeling, swimming. Viewing sea turtles, whales jumping(Jan/Feb best time for viewing) , etc. Most people rent a car, but there are city buses. The Kuleana Resort is .5 miles from Kapalua Airport(small for inner Island flights), 1/2 mile south of Kahana- and 4.5 miles north of Lahain. It is on the North West side of the Maui, about a 1 hour drive from Kahulie Airport(OGG) to Kuleana Resort. Direct flights available from PDX. We stop at Costco near the airport to buy food. Lahaina has several grocery stores--Star Market, Safeway etc. The resort is small, built in the 80's and remodeled. Best part is it is right on the ocean. Check-in-after 4 PM. Starts Saturday to Saturday. Payment--725$ per week tax included Need $400(non refundable) now and $400 3 months prior to week. Usual 1 nightly rental at this resort is $185 + plus tax.
