Living room with brand new Ikea slipcovered sleeper sofa and two leather chairs,flat screen TV, Wifi One full bath and one guest bath View ships, shrimp boats, dolphins, Daufuskie & Hilton Head Islands from your balcony directly on the beach. New wood floors. Fully equipped Kitchen, all linens and towels included along with start up soaps and tissue 600+-count sheets. Oceanfront livingroom with flat screen TV, two leather chairs, post card desk and slipcovered sleeper sofa Cable TV VCR/DVD, Washer/Dryer, Linens & Towels provided Beach cart provided. Bring your favorite beach chairs. There may be more there for you in your private storage unit. Cable TVs in living room and master bedroom. Vintage round dining table with seating for 7 Library stocked with 50's DVDs and music. One assigned parking space, guest spaces also available for free. Central HVAC/Air conditioning Free WiFi Internet No smoking inside. Smoking allowed on deck. My Ocean Villa is not pet friendly.
